Following up the success of art troupes
participating in previous festivals, the
Republic of France continues to send the
art troupes to Festival Hue 2008. |

Folk music and dances of Rajasthan |

Rajasthan
is known for its spirit of celebration.
Each region in Rajasthan has its own
form of folk entertainment. In most
parts entertainment is provided by
professional communities of entertainers
whose livelihood depends on it, and who
have evolved their respective arts into
fine forms. |

Jazz ensemble Kimotion (USA) |

The ensemble Kimotion
includes 22 members performing Jazz with
a combination of Rock and classical. Its
special art programme for Hue Festival
with the participation of traditional
instrumentalists and well-known artists
of Vietnam will bring interesting
experiences to the audience. |

In 1992, on the basis of Children’s

Choreography DIVERTISSEMENT
classical dance group was founded.
DIVERTISSEMENT repertoire is highly
diverse. It includes ballet scenes and

walkers have travelled through Belgium
and a large part of Europe like The
Netherlands, Luxemburg, Germany, United
Kingdom, Italy, Ireland, France,
Switzerland, Denmark, Poland and
Romania.

participate in Hue Festival 2008. |

Orches trio Zurich and Camille Huyen |

Formed 1985, Orches Trio Zurich with
Noriko Kawamura - violinist; Fumio
Shirato - double bassist; and Walther
Giger- guitarist applies extreme
precision and an experimental mind to
its interpretation of both traditional
and contemporary music. |
