DETAILED ITINERARY
 

Day 1: Luang Prabang-Pak Ou - Prabang [L-D]
Your boat leaves Luang Prabang pier at 07:30 hrs for a cruise up the Mekong to Pakbeng. On the way to Pak-Ou Village, at the mouth of the Nam Ou River, a brief stop is made to observe the traditional process of obtaining local rice alcohol, visit Tam Ting “Caves of a thousand Buddha’s”. Have a buffet lunch on board and continue route to Pak Beng. Arrive at Pak Beng before sunset and check in at LuangSay Lodge. Dinner on the terrace, overlooking the Mekong River.

Day 2: Pakbeng - Houeisay [B-L]
Full breakfast at lodge. (Optional: walk to Pak Beng market, where people from the surrounding villages of minorities exchange their goods). At 08:00hrs board the boat for the second leg of the cruise. En route one stop is made to observe rural life along the Mekhong and discover minorities, having a buffet lunch on board and continue to HoueiSay where you will arrive before 17:00 hrs (you may proceed to Chiang Rai in the same day)

**High season : from 01 March - 30 April & 01-31 October, departure every Saturday, Tuesday and Friday

**Low season : from 01 May - 30 September, departures every Saturday & Wednesday

• All tours are operated in Private
• 1 Person only will be accommodated in 1 single room; no supplement single charge
• Supplement Single (Sup Sin) is additional only for tour participants of 2 or more persons who would like to have separate single room for him or herself.
• Children discount 50% when sharing parent's cabin
• No operation (dry dock) in June
