PRE & POST CONFERENCE EXCURSIONS IN THE NORTH

MN01: HALF DAY TRIP TO BAT TRANG - CO LOA
AM: Pick up at hotel, start your tour by visiting Bat Trang, an old pottery village. Bat Trang is a village located 10 km Southeast of Ha Noi, on the left bank of the Red River. The local handicraftsmen produce all kinds of rare, valuable and unique ceramics of Vietnam. Visit Cool - an old citadel of Vietnam built in the 2nd century BC. The citadel is one of the few Vietnam's first vestige showing the resistance of the Vietnamese people against the Northern feudalism. The name of this area is attached to the famous legendary love-story of My Chau and Trong Thuy. Back to hotel. End of services.

MN02: FULL DAY TRIP TO VAN LONG(L)
AM: Meeting at your hotel. Departure for Van Long area ,the capital area of Vietnam in the tenth century (100 Km away from Hanoi). Some buffalo cart and bicycles are arranged in advanced in the entrance gate of Van Long tourist area. Tourists can either sit on the cart, ride a bike or walking to boat station area. Boat ride  along the river to visit to  the beautiful scenery  which is consider the  Ha Long Bay on land. Lunch in the local restaurant.

PM: Return to Ha Noi with stop-over at Embroidery village on the way. End of services

MN03: FULL DAY TRIP TO VISIT TRADITIONAL PAGODAS & VILLAGES(L)
AM: Meeting at your hotel. Visit to Dau pagoda (In Bac Ninh province 30 km away from Hanoi). Tourist could explore the beautiful scenery of Northern countryside. Then ride a bicycle pass by the rice fields to visit to But Thap Pagoda (About 9 km away from Dau  pagoda). Visit to But Thap pagoda. A group of local people dressing in traditional style will be ready in But Thap pagoda and prepare some special meals for tourists as lunch. Some traditional show will be performed during the lunch.

PM: Return to the hotel by car. End of services

MN04: FULL DAY TRIP TO PHAT DIEM - TAM COC (L)
AM: Pick up at hotel. Transfer to visit Phat Diem Marble Cathedral, the holly land of Catholic in the North of Vietnam. Depart to Tam Coc. Lunch.

PM: Take the rowing boat along the tiny canal among the rice fields to visit Tam Coc (Three Grottoes). Transfer back to Ha Noi in the afternoon. End of services.

FROM DA NANG CITY

MC01: FULL DAY TRIP TO VISIT DA NANG - HOI AN ANCIENT TOWN(L)
AM: Pick up at hotel and transfer to visit Cham museum, Marble Mountain with marble carving village. Transfer to Hoi An ancient town. Lunch.

PM: Visit Hoi An ancient town in the afternoon: old houses, temple, pagoda bridge, Hoi An museum. Transfer back to Da Nang. End of services.

MC02: FULL DAY TRIP TO VISIT DA NANG - MY SON - HOI AN(L)
AM: Pick up at hotel and transfer to visit My Son - Cham holly land in the morning. Transfer to Hoi An ancient town. Lunch.

PM: Visit Hoi An ancient town in the afternoon: old houses, temples, pagoda bridge, Hoi An museum. Transfer back to Da Nang. End of services.

FROM HUE

MC03: HUE FULL DAY CITY TOUR(L)
AM: Pick up at hotel. Take boat trip on Perfume River to visit Thien Mu pagoda. Transfer to visit the Imperial citadel, Royal museum by bus. Lunch.

PM: Visit Tu Duc tomb and Dong Ba market in the afternoon. End of services.

                 PRE & POST CONFERENCE EXCURSIONS IN THE SOUTH

MS01: HALF DAY HO CHI MINH CITY TOUR
AM: Pick up at hotel. Visit Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, Centre Post Office, China town and Thien Hau temple - a 150 year-old Chinese temple. End of services.

MS02: HALF DAY TO CU CHI TUNNELS
PM: Pick up at hotel. Land transfer to visit Cu Chi underground tunnels. Return to Ho Chi Minh City. Shopping. End of services.

MS03: FULL DAY TO VISIT TAY NINH - CU CHI TUNNELS (L)
AM: Pick up at hotel. Depart to Tay Ninh for visiting the Cao Dai holy see - centre of religion. Lunch.
PM: Return to visit Cu Chi maze underground tunnels. Back to Ho Chi Minh City. Shopping. End of services.

MS04: FULL DAY TRIP TO MEKONG DELTA(L)
AM: Pick up at hotel. Transfer to My Tho, stop-over at Long An Cao Dai temple. Take a boat trip on Mekong River to Thoi Son Island to visit bonsai, fruit gardens. Then take a sampan through small canal. Lunch at Trung Luong restaurant with special dish named "Elephant Ear Fish".

PM: Transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City. End of services.

TYPICAL INCENTIVE TOUR PROGRAM
(Ha Noi-Ha Long- Ho Chi Minh City- My Tho) 

Day 1: Ha Noi arrival
Arrival at Noi Bai International Airport. Guest will be assisted through immigration, baggage claim, custom clearance and taken out to waiting air-conditioned coach. Greeting with banner and flower will be outside Airport terminal. Transfer to the Hotel in the center of city. Check-in formality will be done in advanced. Souvenir gifts will be put in each room.

Evening: Water puppet show followed by transferring to restaurant by cyclo for dinner. Overnight in Ha Noi.

Day 2: Ha Noi - Ha Long
Breakfast at the Hotel. Half day city tour with highlight included Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh House on still, One Pillar Pagoda, Quan Thanh Temple and Westlake. Lunch in the restaurant in Ha Noi.

Afternoon: Transfer to Ha Long bay. B.B.Q dinner in the pine hill. Overnight in Ha Long.

Day 3: Ha Long - Ha Noi
Breakfast at the Hotel. Private boat ride on the bay (5 hour) to visit to wonderful nature formations with a lot of caves and grottoes. These caves are very famous for stalactites and stalagmites. Lunch on boat (fresh seafood). Return to Ha Noi. Overnight in Ha Noi.

Day 4: Ha Noi - Ho Chi Minh city
Breakfast at the Hotel. City tour to explore and discover Ha Noi, a one-thousand-year -old city which still

retains the vestiges of a distant past and offers a tranquil atmosphere with foliage of green tree-lined boulevards, peaceful lakes, and solemn pagodas. The highlights of tour are Temple of Literature, War museum, Ngoc Son temple. Lunch in the restaurant.

Afternoon: Transfer to the Airport for departure to Ho Chi Minh city. Greeting with banner and flower will be outside Airport terminal. Transfer to the Hotel in the center of city. Day 5: Ho Chi Minh city - Cu Chi
Breakfast at the Hotel. City tour to explore and discover Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnamâ's busiest and most dynamic town. Highlights are Reunification palace, Binh Tay Market and Thien Hau pagoda in bustling China Town and War Remnant Museum. Lunch  in the restaurant.

Transfer to Cu Chi to visit to Cu Chi Tunnels, a labyrinth of interlaced tunnels stronghold during last Vietnam War. Return to Ho Chi Minh city. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 6: Ho Chi Minh city - My Tho
Breakfast at the Hotel. Transfer to My Tho, a bustling town in Mekong Delta with beautiful river view, lush orchards and immense rice fields. Highlight is cruise on Mekong river to Thoi Son Islet. Guest will be welcomed by a group of children with flag and flower. Then, guests will visit to a local home, stroll around verdant orchards and watch local in their daily activities. One dragon dance will be performed. Local specialty lunch followed by a sampan ride on palm-shaded creeks. Return to Ho Chi Minh city. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.

Day 7: Ho Chi Minh city departure
At leisure at the hotel until transferring to Tan Son Nhat airport for departure. End of services.
