week. He got us out of Hue and the floods and though we missed

looking after us as he would his own parents.

Thank
you for your help both before and during my trip. It was very

loved Vietnam when I
traveled there before, and was looking forward to seeing it
again. It was a huge treat to go back in such a fabulous way, to
stay in wonderful hotels, to be enormously pampered on the junk
in Halong Bay (Great Experience), and to have such a great guide
to learn from. Just wonderful all around! Far exceeded even
Vietnam Holiday very high standards.

I write
to thank you all for the most interesting and enjoyable trip in
Vietnam.
Thank
you Green Trail Tours for setting it all up for us and the
organization throughout was very good indeed. We had great
guides and careful drivers and have nothing but praise for
everyone.
Perhaps
I should mention that the only slight disappointment was the
hotel in Hue, which was not up to expectation and the food
poor. The hotel was some 3/4 kms from the centre so not in an
ideal position. However, we did not allow this to distract us
from our enjoyment.
Everyone treated us well and particularly the guide "Zen" in Ho
Chi Min city, he was a great guide and gave us a fun time.
I think
the area which is the most memorable is Sapa - a really
beautiful part, and we were blessed with lovely weather when we
visited.
We
thoroughly enjoyed your country and would like to visit again in
the future and perhaps see some of the areas we missed this
time.
So
thank you all very much and please pass on our most sincere
thanks to all the guides and drivers we met during the course of
our journey through Vietnam.
It was
a wonderful experience and a great holiday.

My friend and I
have just returned from our first trip to Vietnam and would like
to take the time to thank you and your company for organizing
the hotels and internal flights. Everything ran smoothly and
everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional I would not
hesitate to recommend you to our friends and would definitely
use your services next time we return. The hotels we chose, The
Majestic hotel in Saigon, The Victoria resort in Phan Thiet and
The Methopole sofitel hotel in Hanoi were all fantastic and the
prices we paid through your firm were much cheaper than anyone
else on the market.

Dear Mr.Binh,
The attention and customer service that Green Trail Tours
provided from the initial planning stages to the actual trip to
the post trip follow-up were simply outstanding! The
professionalism of the staff, to the quality of the guides, to
the flexibility provided on the trip itself took away from the
"tour" experience, and created a nice "customized" program.
The experience in Sapa was exceptional, and you provided a very
comprehensive, yet unstressed, sapa trekking ! It was a nice
way to trek,. Oh food that the cook prepared is wonderfully, the
guide Chi , he is very nice, his English very good
,unbelievable. I try to keep in my really good souvenirs I had
in Sapa a long the trek, Binh thank you very much for your
organization of trek,
One day we will come back to say hello again.

Dear Dzung,
Before I travel your way again, I
wanted to let you know how GREAT of a job Green Trail Tours did
for me. Everything went just as you said and your scheduling of
my trip was flawless as were ALL the associates of your company
that I had the pleasure to be acquainted with. Everyone was Very
friendly and showed me every courteous possible and centered
their job around me, which I found very refreshing. There are
many companies that could use Green Trail Tours expertise in
providing good service. I need to say one more thing before
saying goodbye. The food provided to me from Green Trail Tours
was the absolute best. Every meal was not only delicious in
taste but the presentation of each plate was beautiful.

thanks for your prompt reply. We are fairly certain that we will

We have now been back home long enough to be fully back into our
routine of living here and adjusted to the 11 hour time change.
We did indeed enjoy our trip in Vietnam very much. You
probably heard about the incident where my wife left her purse at
the souvenir factory and store coming back to Hanoi from Halong.
Your staff performed far above expectations in helping us recover
the purse, which except for about half of the cash was returned
intact. You should especially commend the young man in your
office (the one who took of our final payment and orientation when
we arrived in Hanoi) who got up early and rode out to the store on
his motorcycle, bringing the purse back to us just a couple of
hours before we left Vietnam.
The Bai Tho Boat was a wonderful experience, and the Sofitel
Metropol was the perfect choice for Hanoi. We really grew to love
your country.
Best wishes for continued success with your business. We will
recommend you when we hear of friends of ours planning to come to
Vietnam.
