2. NEWSLETTERS

At various points throughout this site, you may choose to sign up for a subscription only to Green Trail Tours newsletters. Membership  is not necessary to only receive Green Trail Tours newsletters. However, membership  includes a newsletter subscription as well as other benefits. In order to sign up only to receive newsletters from Green Trail Tours you will be asked to provide your e-mail address. You may, at any time, decline to receive these e-mail newsletters by replying to any e-mail with 'REMOVE' in the subject line.

3. RESERVATION REQUESTS

Travellers can request that Green Trail Tours reserves a Tour for them by submitting a Reservation Request. For the Reservation Request, Green Trail Tours will require that you submit information including name, e-mail address, telephone number, postal code, country, gender, preferred departure and return dates, -and number of adults traveling to join Green Trail Tours and efficiently process your request. You may also choose to provide optional information such as street address, city, state or province, age range, preferred contact method, number of children traveling, child age ranges, and any notes. This additional information allows you to provide more specific information on The Tour that you are requesting and will allow us to reach you via mail in the event that we cannot reach you via phone or e-mail. Use of this service is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to join Green Trail Tours and disclose this information.

4.CUSTOMIZED TRIP REQUEST

Travellers can request that Green Trail Tours creates a custom Tour for them by submitting a Custom Tour Request. Green Trail Tours will require that you submit information including name, e-mail address, telephone number, zip or postal code, country, gender, destination, price range, preferred departure date, preferred departure city, preferred return date, preferred return city, number of adults traveling, and what features you want to include and/or avoid in order to join Green Trail Tours and efficiently process your request. You may also choose to provide optional information such as street address, city, state or province, age range, preferred contact method, Tour activities, number of children traveling, child age ranges, and physical difficulty preferences. This additional information allows you to provide more specific information on The Tour that you are requesting and will allow us to reach you via mail in the event that we cannot reach you via phone or e-mail. Use of this service is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to join Green Trail Tours  and disclose this information.

5. QUESTIONS TO ADVENTURE EXPERT

Green Trail Tours visitors can request that Green Trail Tours contacts them via e-mail regarding a specific travel question submitted online. In this case, Green Trail  Tours will request your e-mail address so that we may reach you quickly and easily. Use of this service is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.

6. ONLINE SURVEYS

We value opinions and comments from Asian Venture clients, and you may have the opportunity to give us your feedback through online surveys. In conducting these surveys, we may ask for your name, address, or e-mail address so that we can appropriately identify you. Survey information collected will be aggregated and used to make improvements to the site and to improve Green Trail Tours service and general offerings. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.

7. SEND THIS PAGE TO A FRIEND

Green Trail Tours visitors can choose to request that an Green Trail Tours web site page be sent to another person. When you elect to do this, you will be required to enter your e-mail address, the receiver's e-mail address and text of the message that will go to the receiver. This will generate a preformatted e-mail message that will go from you to the receiver's e-mail box with your message embedded in the text of the e-mail. 8. NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post notice of a privacy policy update on our Home page so that our users may view our updated policy and be aware on an ongoing basis of what information we collect, how we use it, and under which circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of e-mail. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.

9. Child Rate
Under 5 years: free of charge and no meal/no bed (Sharing with adult) but should pay extra for flight ticket if have
Between 5-11 years: Sharing room WITHOUT extra bed pay 45 % adult fare, WITH extra bed pay 65 % adult fare, 
Adult: With extra bed pay 75% fare,

10. Tour Leaders
Services are provided free of charge for one tour leaders with every 20 paying passengers but should pay extra for flight ticket if have in program
F.O.C for the tour leader is on twin shared basic. Single room can be arranged with single surcharge. 
F.O.C for the tour leader with group less than 20 passengers can be arranged with special request.
